central location helpful staff fresh pastries echoing noise small pool dim bathroom lighting
The location was quite central, a true heartbeat of the city. It allowed me easy access. the staff were genuinely helpful and courteous, they showed true grace. breakfast was a special treat each morning, i adored the fresh pastries.
my room faced the inner courtyard, and noise did sometimes echo, it was distracting. the plunge pool was smaller than expected, it was a bit of a letdown. the bathroom lighting in my room was quite dim, it was sometimes hard to see clearly.

wonderful stay, details to know
excellent service complimentary tea
the staff welcomed us warmly, i particularly appreciated yessine's excellent service! the premises are very clean and styled with moroccan decor. the breakfast provided accommodated my son's vegan diet. also, the mint tea and coffee were complimentary. i thought it was a great detail.
the riad website stated that alcohol was available, but this was not the case . this discrepancy was a bit inconvenient, as i was looking forward to having a drink at the riad after a long day.

poor service inaccurate photos
The location was good, not far from the city walls and souk.
I was not impressed with the service... I found I had to fill in all the necessary information myself, like passport numbers. Paying city taxes with a card was not possible. The photos online do not accurately show how the place looks in reality. There were no decorations on the terraces, such as flowers or candles.
